Wakefield, New Hampshire
New Hampshire was a terrific surprise for us on our travels. We found an interesting RV location in Wakefield, NH that allowed us proximity to a couple of visits with our son, a few wonderfully challenging hikes, and several motorcycle rides throughout New Hampshire and the Maine coast. Thanks for taking the time to read our blog!
Luray, Virginia

Nashville, Tennessee

Birmingham, Alabama
Motorcycles as art... but if you don’t believe me, check in with the curators at the Guggenheim. In the fall of 1998 the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum of New York City presented the exhibit “The Art of the Motorcycle” with the majority of the displays on loan from from George Barber’s personal collection in Birmingham, Alabama. The overwhelming success with 1,620,000 attendees at five locations, prompted Mr. Barber to develop his own venue. The Barber Motorsports Park and Vintage Museum are beyond compare!
Natchez, Mississippi
The town of Natchez is rich in history and the location made it a hub for shipping, production, and trade. Those qualities also made it a home for a collection of millionaires second only to New York City. The vestiges of this remain: over 600 antebellum homes and estates can be found around the “City on the Bluff”... it’s troubled past is also on display as the unrest of many Civil Rights battles also took place here.
Southern Louisiana
Swamps and gators, Mardi Gras and parades, food and Tabasco. What more could you want from the South? Southern Louisiana is filled with things to do and beautiful places to see.
Mobile, Alabama
Join as we visit the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Dauphin Island, Bayou La Batre, Mobile, and Laurel, Mississippi.
